What is a road trip you would love to take?/ Blogjanuary Day 2

I will like to make a road trip to Baja California Peninsula. Baja California is known for its cuisine, wine, and beaches. I want to visit the old towns where the European immigrants lived, the small fishing villages, and the wine regions that define Baja California for food and wine destination in Mexico.
