Is the time of the year that our healthy plum tree produces hundreds of fruit. In the past I have made with the fruit, marmalade, syrups, BBQ sauces, an so on. I’m still having in the freeze some syrups and sauces from previous years.
This year I’ll try to make plum wine. As I’m writing, the bucket that I filled with plums has begun the first fermentation. I’ll be updating this post in the next few days.
What have you made with plums? I need more recipes or ideas for cooking with plums.
