Stag’s Leap Cask 23 2003

In the glass, purple-violet with an orange-tan rim. Nose of ripe plums, pomegranate, dried flowers, crushed rocks.

Flavors of red and black fruits, hibiscus, cassis, cinnamon, espresso, dark chocolate.

Long complex finish of over-ripe orange. Flavors linger for a long, long time.
