First Tomatoes of the season.

In our first visit to Hungary a friend of us gave me a few packages of tomatoes and pepper seeds to grow at home. Likely in a near future, I’ll cook Goulash at home, one of the delicious dishes from Hungary.

The cuisine in Yucatan embraces Mayan recipes and cooking methods which have been influenced along the years by immigrants from France, Spain, Lebanon, and the Caribbean. Mexican Wines

In my pursuit to learn about wine, most of the time I ask to the sommelier or bartender about their wines that they are serving. last night wasn’t the exception our wine server shared good information about Mexican wines and their producers.
